Lost Souls Alley
Lost Souls Alley at Floriańska 6 opened in 2013 and calls itself the first interactive haunted attraction in Poland with escape-room elements. Shows run in coloured versions at different intensities, and the operator connects strangers into groups of at most six unless you buy the room as an exclusive hire.
A scratched door, then a task
Lost Souls Alley occupies Floriańska 6 in Kraków. The operator’s site says it was founded in 2013 and that it is the first interactive haunted attraction in Poland to use elements of an escape-room game. The description of the visit is a scratched door, a haunted floor, and a route the site calls darkness, challenges, dilemmas and sacrifices. The homepage says the floor past that door is built from fears waiting in dark corners, and that the alley sets out to blur the line between what is staged and what is not, because the visitor asked for the show. It also says that, depending on the version you choose, the show includes fear, a fight to get through, doubt, and even pain and physical violence. That is why a colour is not a theme you can ignore.
The versions on the page are Pink, Green, Yellow and Red, plus a bachelor or bachelorette version listed as its own show, and a Forest edition marked “soon”. The Forest edition is not open, so it cannot be booked from that line. Each block is tagged pain, fear and fun, and each has its own rules page. The homepage links those rules and does not paste them. A reservation calendar under the contact block is a booking grid. It does not describe the floor.
Six people, and a room you have to read
The operator connects arriving parties up to a maximum of six. A small group that wants the floor alone books what the site calls an exclusive show. The general rules, on the alley’s own rules page, tell you to stay close to the people you came with, or to the strangers the alley has just joined to you at the door. They tell you to look carefully around each room, because what you notice is what lets you go further. That is the escape-room part, written as a rule. They also say not to force a mechanism and not to damage the sets: forcing the scenery is not how the task is passed. The alley says it puts you into a horror and does not control what you do next. Running or shoving can injure you, and the page treats that injury as yours.
The same rules forbid running, shoving, or behaviour the page calls dangerous. They forbid smoking and open flame in the building. They forbid alcohol, intoxicants and weapons. Staff may refuse the show if they suspect someone is under the influence or behaving unsuitably. The alley says it is not responsible for belongings damaged during the passage. Phone reservations are +48 666 986 069. The address on the contact block is Floriańska 6.
FAQ
Is the floor step-free, and how do I reach Floriańska 6?
The homepage does not describe a lift, a step-free route or an assistance-dog rule, and it does not name a bus line, a stop or a walking time. The address is Floriańska 6, Kraków. Phone reservations are +48 666 986 069.
What do the colours mean, and is there physical contact?
Green and red are not mixed. Each colour has its own rules page. Those rules forbid touching, provoking, attacking or resisting the characters, and they forbid a phone or any electronic device used as a light or to record the passage. People who break those bans can be removed. The operator strongly advises against the show if you are pregnant.
Will I be put with other people?
Yes, unless you buy the exclusive show. The alley joins parties up to six. The exclusive price is printed twice, at PLN 39 and at PLN 50 a person, so confirm it when you book. The rules say a ticket is not refunded if you cannot finish the passage. Hours posted for entry are Monday to Friday 13:00–21:00, Saturday 12:00–21:00 and Sunday 12:00–20:00. Groups above 15 can be offered up to 30 percent off.
